The next Presidential Candidate should run on this platform:
1) 'Press 1 for English' is immediately banned. English is the official language; speak it or wait at the border until you can.
2) We will immediately go into a two year isolationist posture to straighten out the country's attitude.
NO imports, no exports. We will use the 'Wal-Mart's policy, 'If we ain't got it, you don't need it.'
3) When imports are allowed, there will be a 100% import tax on it.
4) All retired military personnel will be required to man one of our many observation towers on the southern border. (six month tour) They will be under strict orders not to fire.......on SOUTHBOUND aliens.
5) Social security will immediately return to its original state. If you didn't put nuttin in, you ain't gettin nuttin out. Neither the president nor any other politician will be able to touch it.
6) Welfare - Checks will be handed out on Fridays at the end of the 40 hour school week and the successful completion of urinalysis AND a passing grade.
7) Professional Athletes --Steroids - The FIRST time you check positive - you're banned for life.
8) Crime - We will adopt the Turkish method, the first time you steal, you lose your right hand. There are no more life sentences. If convicted, you will be put to death by the same method you chose for your victim;
gun, knife, strangulation, etc.
9) One export will be allowed; Wheat, The world needs to eat. A bushel of wheat will be the exact price of a barrel of oil.
10) All foreign aid using American taxpayer money will immediately cease, and the saved money will pay off the national debt and ultimately lower taxes. When disasters occur around the world, we'll ask the American people if they want to donate to a disaster fund, and each citizen can make the decision whether it's a worthy cause.
11) The Pledge of Allegiance will be said every day at school and every day in Congress.
12) The National Anthem will be played at all appropriate ceremonies, sporting events, outings, etc.
Sorry if I stepped on anyone's toes but a vote for me will get you better than what you have, and better than what you're gonna get.

OK! next time around ill run for the Prez job and ill run on that platform! ill run on the small scale miners political party! and if i would happen to get in, all them good ole boys thats been screwing with us and messed with social security better head for their cave cause id be out for them! could you imagine my 4 inch dredge out on the whitehouse lawn getting serviced be the secerat service! haha

I agree with all that. Fact is maybe I should run also. Lord knows I have enough skeletons in my closet that I should make a good candidate.

I guess this is the best place to put this:
You couldn't get a job at McDonalds and become district manager after 143 days of experience.
You couldn't become chief of surgery after 143 days of experiencce of being a surgeon.
You couldn't get a job as a teacher and be the superintendent after 143 days of experience.
You couldn't join the military and become a colonel after 143 days of exerience.
You couldn't get a job as a reporter and become the nightly news anchor after 143 days of experience.
BUT........
From the time Barack Obama was sworn in as a United States Senator, to the time he announced he was forming a Presidential exploratory committee, he logged 143 days of experience in the Senate.
That's how many days the Senate was actually in session and working.
After 143 days of work exxperience, Obama believed he was ready to be Commander-in-Chief, leader of the Free World and fill the shoes of Abraham Lincoln, FDR, JFK and Ronald Reagan. 143 days ????????
We all have to start somewhere. The Senate is a good start, but after 143 days, that's all it is - a start.
AND, strangely, a large sector of the American public seems to feel comfortable with this and campaigning for him.
We wouldn't accept this in our own line of work, yet some are OK with this for the President of the United States of America ??
Come on folks, we are not voting for the next American Idol. FOOD FOR THOUGHT !!!!!!!!!!

Smelter i think your preaching to the choir here on this subject. theres NO possibility that i could vote for obama in any way!even if he was the only one!but then again i dont like most of these legislators that think they can run our lives/Country!

no i pass on these "debates" i cant stand to listen to p*ssing and moaning, besides all theyre doing is lieing through their teeth to the American public! we will just have to see which candidates lies the American public believes! God help us all!
