Click on pan man and it will take you to the page that lets you fill in the information... As to how much you want to put is up to you, but at least put in you City/State as that gives an idea of where you are and helps when answering questions that the answer may depend on the area you live... Good thing is you can put as much as you want and not have to worry about getting spammed... Sometimes we get the old proverbial "We are currently unable to serve your request" pop up. We all live with the inconvenience of  it from time to time. Guess it is a glich in the system of some sort, or maybe at the moment you clicked the servers were extra busy. Nobody has been able to figure it out yet. Good luck!
